While we don’t have onsite parking, we can recommend two nearby car parks.

The Britannia Multi-Storey Car Park offers an exclusive rate for hotel guests: 24 hours for £6. Upon entry to the car park, you’ll receive a yellow token. Bring this token to our reception to secure your discount.

Alternatively, the Pavilion Car Park is just a 4-minute walk away and offers free parking from 6pm to 8am with hourly rates during the day. In winter, 10 hours of parking costs £9, and in summer, it’s £15. This option is ideal for guests needing their car during the day.

While breakfast is not included in Fairhaven room rates, the onsite restaurant White Pepper serves a cooked a-la-carte breakfast every morning from 8am - 11am.
They also serve a dinner menu from 5pm until 9.30pm.

Check-in is from 4pm to 9pm. If you arrive early and your room is still being prepared, we would be happy to store your luggage until your room is available. For check-ins after 9pm, please inform us in advance. Check-out is by 10am, but we can be flexible depending on bookings, with an option for a late midday check-out for £20. The front desk opens at 8am. A key drop facility is available for earlier check-outs.
